含丝素蛋白的神经导管在神经组织工程中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 丝素蛋白是一种天然生物材料,因具备良好的力学性能、生物可降解性和生物相容性等特性,在组织工程中得以广泛应用。在神经组织工程领域中,神经导管可为神经再生提供有利的局部微环境,作为桥接结构起到引导和促进神经再生的作用,为神经缺损修复提供新方法。应用静电纺技术制备的含丝素蛋白神经导管能有效促进神经细胞黏附和生长,并通过丝素蛋白结构和成分的调节或改造可更大程度地促进神经再生效果。该文就丝素蛋白在神经组织工程中的研究进展作一综述。
