摘要
饲料分析是饲料工业的重要环节,饲料中的钙含量及盐分是衡量饲料品质重要指标之一.采用EDTA配位滴定法与火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了饲料中的钙含量,两种方法测定结果的相对偏差满足测定要求,原子吸收分光光度法的精密度高.采用了佛尔哈德法和莫尔法测定了饲料中的盐分,两者测定结果的相对偏差也满足测定要求,且没有显著性差异.
Feed analysis is an important part of feed industry. The content of calcium and salt in feed is one of the important indexes of feed quality. The content of calcium in feed was analyzed by using EDTA titration and atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The relative deviation of the results meets the requirements of measurment. The pre- cision of atomic absorption spectrophotometry was higher than that of EDTA titration. The content of salt in feed was analyzed with the methods of Volhard and Mohr. The relative deviation of the results also meets the requirements of measurement and there was no significant difference between them.
