摘要
旅游公共服务的供给水平对游客满意度有着重要的影响,已经成为衡量旅游业发展水平的重要指标.文章综合国内外旅游公共服务体系的研究成果,选取了24项指标构建了旅游公共服务游客满意度评价体系,采用调查问卷以及运用SPSS软件的因子分析、相关分析和回归分析等方法研究了游客对常州旅游公共服务供给的满意度,分析了常州旅游公共服务供给方面存在的问题并提出了相应的对策.
The supply of tourism public service plays a more and more important role in the tourism industry, and it has become a major index to measure the level of tourism development. Based on the literature review at home and abroad concerning public tourism service system, focusing on tourist satisfaction, this paper selects 24 indica- tors to construct the public service tourist satisfaction evaluation system. The questionnaire and the SPSS software of factor analysis, and the correlation analysis and regression analysis method are adopted to study the degree of tourists' satisfaction in their evaluation of Changzhou public tourism service supply. The problems with the public tourism service supply in Changzhou are analyzed, with corresponding advices put forward .
