摘要
文章论述了应用型本科院校旅游管理专业实践训练项目化人才创新培养模式为"五个三"模式,即项目目标"三层次";课程体系"三阶梯",实训基地"三类型",教学队伍"三师型",教学评价"三主体"培养模式.
The present paper, aiming at practical training projects for undergraduate students majoring in tourism management, elaborates on the innovative talents training models, characterized by "Five Threes", which are "three-leveled" target of projects, "three-laddcred" curriculum, "three-typed" training bases, "three-typed" teaching faculty, and "three-mainstay" evaluation system.
