摘要
目的调查将分层团队护理管理模式应用于临床护理管理实践的患者满意度及护理质量。方法在我院随机选取90名护理人员分为试验组和对照组,试验组(45人)采用分层团队护理管理,对照组(45人)采用常规护理管理模式。对比两组三个月后患者的满意程度、护理人员理论知识掌握程度以及操作技能水平、护理合格率和事故发生率。结果三个月后试验组患者的满意程度高于对照组,护理人员的知识和技术水平及护理合格率也高于后者,护理事故发生率低于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理人员实施分层团队管理可以优化护理工作人力资源配置,提高护理工作效率及工作质量,使患者对护理的满意度提高,优势明显,值得临床借鉴及推广。
Objective To assess the patient satisfaction and quality of nursing in the application of stratified team nursing management. Methods Randomly selected 90 nursing staffs from our hospital and distribute them into experimental and control groups stochastically,the experimental group( 45 people) used the stratified team nursing management model and the control group( 45 people) complied with conventional nursing management model. Investigated patient satisfaction after three months, meanwhile, assessed mastery of theoretical nursing knowledge and operating skills after managements. And the qualified rate and accident rate of nursing were also recorded to estimate the management approaches. Results After 3-month management,the patient satisfaction of experimental group was higher than the control group,and so do the mastery degree of theoretical nursing knowledge,operating skills and qualified rate of nursing. The accident rate of nursing of experimental group was proved to be lower than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Implementing stratified team nursing management can optimize the allocation of nursing staff resources,enhance work efficiency and quality,and also elevate patient satisfaction with care,which has obvious advantages that is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
