实施三级护理查房促进护理质量提高

Application of three-grade nursing ward in improving nursing quality

目的分析实施三级护理查房护理质量的效果。方法选取我院200例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组采取三级护理查房模式,而对照组采取传统常规查房模式,比较两组日常护理记录的合格率、护理人员护理素养的合格率、患者的满意度。结果实验组和对照组在日常护理记录的合格率上有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组明显优于对照组;实验组的护理人员护理素养的合格率是明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的患者满意度要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施三级护理查房可以提高护理人员的综合素质,给予患者更加满意的服务,对临床上的护理质量有很大的提高。

Objective To analyze the effect of three-grade nursing ward on the quality of nursing.Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the experiment group and the control group,and the former took the model of three-grade nursing ward, however, the latter took the model of traditional conventional ward. The qualified rate of daily nursing records,percent of pass of nurse ＇ quality,patient ＇s satisfaction of two groups would be compared. Results There was statistically significant difference between two groups at the side of qualified rate of daily nursing records（ P〈0. 05）,and the experiment group was better than the control group; Percent of pass of nurse ＇ quality of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and its difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Patient ＇s satisfaction of the experiment was superior to the control group,and its difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Application of three-grade nursing ward can improve nurse ＇ quality and provide patients with more satisfactory service and make the quality of clinical nursing have a large extent improvement.
