规范化护理流程在肿瘤分子靶向治疗中应用效果分析

Application effect of standardized nursing process in tumor molecular targeted therapy

目的探究规范化护理流程在肿瘤分子靶向治疗中的应用效果。方法在药物的储存运送,药物配置,输注过程,及用药后的不良反应观察处理,患者健康教育等方面制定规范、科学的护理流程。将入住我院进行肿瘤靶向治疗的100例患者分为2014年5月至2015年5月入住患者观察组50例,2013年5月至2014年4月入住患者对照组50例,其中观察组进行规范、科学的护理,而对照组则进行常规的护理。随后又对对照组进行规范化护理,观察其不良事件的改善情况。结果对比分析观察组和对照组在肿瘤分子靶向治疗后出现的不良反应。观察组的用药后不良反应情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在随后又对对照组进行规范化护理,其不良事件明显得到改善(P<0.05),同时责任护士工作顺畅心里踏实、患者依从性得到了明显提高。结论规范、科学的护理流程,降低了患者的用药后的不良反应,同时也降低了不良事件的发生,为临床肿瘤分子靶向治疗保驾护航。

Objective To explore the application effect of Standardization of nursing process in the tumor molecular targeted therapy. Methods Norm and scientific nursing process were formulated in drug storage,drug disposition,infusion process,and observed the treatment of drug adverse reactions,the health education,etc.100 cases of targeted therapy of cancer patients,admitted in our hospital,were divided into observation group which had 50 patients admitted in our hospital from 2014. 5 to 2015. 5,the control group which had 50 patients admitted in our hospital from 2013. 5 to 2014. 4,the observation group were given with norms and scientific nursing care,and the control group were given with routine care. Then control group was given for standardized nursing,the improvement of adverse events was observed. Results The adverse reactions of tumor molecular target therapy were contrast analyzed for observation group and control group. Drug adverse reactions of observation group was obviously lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After standardized nursing was carried out on the control group,the adverse events of the control group were significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）,at the same time,the nurse worked smoothly and felt at ease,patient adherence got improved obviously. Conclusions Standard and scientific nursing process can reduce the patients＇ drug adverse reactions,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,escort for clinical tumor molecular targeted therapy.
