摘要
针对航空发动机燃油控制系统装配BOM数据结构化程度低及数据离散分布等问题,分析了燃油控制系统装配BOM的类型及特点,提出了基于PDM系统进行装配BOM数据管理的结构化定义模型。从数据构建、流程管理、IT技术应用等方面提出了有效ABOM准确率的措施,希望能给我们企业自身ABOM数据的管理提升提供参考。
Aero engine fuel control system assembly technics foundation data is low degree of structure and data is discrete distributed. In order to deal with these problems, fuel control system assembly BOM data type and features is analyzed. Structure definition model of assembly BOM data management based on PDM system. Aspect built from data, process management, IT technology application proposes effective measures to build assembly ABOM accuracy rate, we hope to give their own assembly ABOM data management to enhance the reference.
