摘要
随着复合材料用量的不断扩大,我国民用客机的水平安定面复合材料整体化导致装配基准变化、对称度难以保证、大量盲区复合材料钻孔等问题。通过开展装配基准的选择、下壁板组件的精确定位、激光跟踪仪测量辅助定位、盲区精确协调钻孔等关键技术研究,顺利完成某型民用客机复合材料整体水平安定面的装配,气动外形、紧固件安装及装配质量均满足设计要求。
According to increasing of composite materials application, horizontal stabilizer composite structure integration of our country civil aircraft leads to the change of assembly reference, symmetry is difficult to guarantee, a large number of composite holes are drilled in blind area, etc. Through choosing the assembly reference, precisely positioning lower panel component, measurement aided assembly of the laser tracker, accurately and coordinating drilling in blind area, a certain civil aircraft horizontal stabilizer integrated composite assembly is successfully completed, aerodynamic shape, fastener installation and assembly quality meet the design requirements.
