飞机大部件数字化装配柔性工装控制系统设计

摘要 针对飞机数字化装配过程中对于大尺寸部件的装配需求,设计并制造了一台工装设备。对数字化装配控制系统的硬件组成以及控制系统软件的功能、结构进行了说明,并着重论述了大跨度横梁结构下同步驱动、同步回参考点等关键技术。 Based on the requirements of the digital assembly of aircraft large-size components, design and manufacture a Flexible tooling equipment. The system's hardware components is illustrated, and the control system's software function and structure are described. The synchronic movement control technology of large span beam structure is the pivotal technology for control system. The application of incremental linear measurement with distance-coded reference marks in servo system make the process of homing much more convenient and efficient. These methodologies are focused on and introduced.
