摘要
为培养学生的交流和团队工作能力,需要改进现有的班级授课制。根据CDIO教学大纲,组建班级学习型团队,设计教学任务,以任务驱动开展团队工作,进行科学合理的评估考核。本文讨论了三种不同团队组合形式,分析了与团队能力相适应的教学任务,给出了团队考核形式、评分依据以及绩效考核方法。实践证明,学习型团队在任务驱动下,能有效地开展团队工作,合理的考核方法促进了交流和团队工作能力的提高。
In order to enhance students' capacity of communication and team work,the current class teaching system should be improved. According to the syllabus of CDIO,learning- oriented teams are established to arrange teaching missions. The team works are motivated by teaching missions and assessed scientifically and rationally. The article discusses three different forms of team combination,analyses adapted teaching missions and provides with methods of assessment forms,grading grounds and performance appraisal. It is proved that learning- oriented teams can finish team work efficiently under the motivation of missions and rational assessment methods can improve communication and work capacity.
