阿托伐他汀钙对动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉TLR2表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙对新西兰大白兔主动脉粥样硬化斑块内TLR2表达的影响及其抗动脉粥样硬化TLR机制。方法:将新西兰大白兔30只分为高脂饮食加阿托伐他汀钙组、高脂饮食组、正常对照组,喂养8周后处死每组动物取出主动脉,测量动脉粥样硬化病变面积;行免疫组化染色及Western blot检测,观察兔主动脉粥样硬化程度及TLR2蛋白在动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达。结果:高脂饮食加阿托伐他汀钙组、高脂饮食组动脉粥样硬化斑块面积与动脉内膜面积比值及TLR2蛋白表达均高于正常对照组;高脂饮食加阿托伐他汀钙组动脉粥样硬化斑块面积与动脉内膜面积比值及TLR2蛋白表达均低于高脂饮食组。结论:阿托伐他汀钙可使主动脉粥样斑块内TLR2蛋白表达下调,具有显著抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
