地奥司明对精索静脉曲张患者精索静脉内径改变临床观察

Clinical observation of diosmin in the treatment of patients with varicocele and the change of spermatic vein diameter

目的:探讨精索静脉曲张(VC)患者术后应用地奥司明的疗效,以及对精索静脉内径的改善作用。方法:选择78例VC患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为研究组与对照组各39例。两组患者均于腹腔镜下给予精索静脉高位结扎手术,在此基础上,研究组术后口服地奥司明片治疗。观察两组治疗效果和并发症,并于术前、术后3个月及6个月应用彩色超声多普勒观察两组患者最大精索静脉内径。结果:研究组治疗总有效率94.87%,对照组92.31%,两组VC患者的临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义。研究组术后3个月、术后6个月时最大精索静脉内径显著低于对照组同期,差异具有统计学意义。研究组患者术后6个月期间的并发症发生率2.13%,显著低于对照组23.08%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:VC患者术后应用地奥司明可以有效且快速的缩小精索静脉内径,降低并发症,保证手术治疗效果。

Objective：To study the efficacy of diosmin on patients with varicocele（VC）,and the spermatic vein diameter of improvement.Methods：Selected 78 patients with VC from February 2013 to February 2014,and according to the random number table,it was divided into study group and control group,39 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were in the laparoscopic give high ligation of spermatic vein surgery,on this basis,research group of postoperative oral Diao our tablets treatment.Observed the effect and complications of the two groups,and color Doppler ultrasound Doppler observed in the two groups of patients with the largest internal diameter of the cord vein before and 3months and 6months after operation.Results：the total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%,the control group was 92.31%,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of VC patients was no significant difference.The inner diameter of the maximum internal jugular vein was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3months after surgery and 6months.The incidence of complication in the study group was 6,and the incidence of the complication was 2.13%,compared with the control group 23.08%6months.Conclusion：VC patients after our Diao Ming can effectively and quickly reduced the spermatic vein diameter,reducing the probability of complications to ensure surgical treatment,is suitable for clinical application.
