身痛逐瘀汤治疗椎体压缩骨折PKP术后残余痛的临床药效观察

Clinic effects of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in postoperative residual pain of vertebral compression fractures

目的:探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)后,腰痛症状改善不明显患者采用中药身痛逐瘀汤内服治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择收治且符合纳入标准的患者63例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组33例,给予身痛逐瘀汤水煎内服,1d1剂,分两次服用,10d为1个疗程。对照组30例,给予碳酸钙D3片口服,1次1片,1d2次。分别记录治疗前及治疗后1、3个月的采用目测类比(VAS)评分、(ADL)日常生活能力量表,以及治疗前及治疗、3个月骨密度测量结果。结果:治疗组33例接受治疗的患者完成治疗后,疼痛、生活质量及骨密度均较治疗前有了明显改善且优于对照组。结论:身痛逐瘀汤内服在治疗椎体压缩骨折PKP术后残余痛方面疗效确切,是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective：To discuss the clinics effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in treatment of the residual pain of vertebral compression fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty（PKP）.Methods：The research enrolled 63 cases in the standard,who were randomly divided into 2groups.33 cases of treatment group treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction by po,bid/one agent and the period of ten days.30 cases of control group treated with vitD3 combined with cacium,by one tablet twice a day.Visual analogue score（VAS）,Activity of Daily living Scale（ADL）and Activity of Daily Living Scale（ADL）were recorded before and 1,3months after treatment.And bone mineral density（BMD）was measured before and 3,6months after treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Results：33cases of treatment group had obvious pain relief after treatment and had significance superior to control group.Their bone mineral density（BMD）and quality of life were further improved.Conclusion：It has curative effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in treatment of the residual pain of vertebral compression fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty（PKP）.
