湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤临床观察

Clinical observation on curative effects of MEBO in the treatment of skin abrasions

目的:观察应用湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤的临床效果。方法:从来我院门诊和住院部收治的皮肤擦伤患者中选取100名随机分成两组各50例。两组患者入院后均给予清创处理,治疗组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组采用凡士林油纱治疗。对比两组患者换药时疼痛程度、敷料与创面粘连情况、感染率、以及愈合时间。结果:所有患者擦伤创面均愈合,两组之间比较:治疗组患者疼痛程度、感染率、愈合时间均低于对照组,治疗组敷料与创面粘连情况不明显且更易于祛除。观察两组患者临床治疗过程中上述四个方面的差异,经比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤可以减轻患者疼痛、提高依从性,减少创面粘连、保护新生肉芽及表皮组织;在整个治疗过程中能够降低感染率,缩短平均愈合时间。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of MEBO in treating skin abrasions.Methods：100cases of skin abrasions in the out-patient department and the in-patient department of our hospital were randomly entered into 2groups,50 in each group.After admission,patients of both groups were treated with debridement,and then cases of therapeutic group were treated with MEBO while those of control group were covered with Vaseline gauze bandage.Pain degree during dressing change,conditions of wound dressing and incision adhesion,infection rate and healing time were compared.Results：Abrasion wounds of all cases were healed.Comparison result：pain degree,infection rate and healing time of therapeutic group were lower than those in control group;dressing and incision adhesion in therapeutic group were not obvious and easier to be removed than that in control group.After observing and comparing,the differences in the four aspects above-mentioned between the two groups were with statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Treating patients of skin abrasions with MEBO can alleviate pain,increase patient compliance,reduce incision adhesion,protect newborn granulation and epidemic tissue,lower infection rate in the whole treating process,and shorten the average healing time.
