参与式教学的国际借鉴与实施路径研究

Foreign Literature Review in Implementing Participatory Teaching in Higher Education

参与式教学自引入教育学领域后,实践情况及效果并不尽如人意。通过系统回顾中外相关文献发现,什么是参与式教学各相关方并未达成一致,但教师、学生、课堂规模以及参与形式等是参与式教学实施效果的主要影响因素,而学生的准备、教师的动力以及对教育实践反思三方面的不足则是参与式教学所面临的主要障碍。由此提出,要改善参与式教学在高校的实践现状,可依托COOP模型,融合学生、教师及学习环境设计者等各方意见,构建强效学习环境,从而保证参与式教学的有效实施。

Ever since participatory teaching were introduced to higher education,the implementation didn＇t go very well as expectation. Through reviewing related literature,it can be found that different perspectives towards participatory teaching still exist,but teachers,students,class sizes and participatory forms are mainly factors influencing the implementation effect. Insufficiency of students＇ readiness,teachers＇ motivation and reflection of instruction practice are the obstacles to implement the participatory teaching. Based on the research,it is concluded that in order to improve the situation,educationalists and teachers can depend on COOP model,integrate opinions from students,teachers and learning environment designers,construct powerful learning environment,to guarantee the effective implementation of participatory teaching.
