宫颈癌治疗中舒适护理干预的应用

Application of cervical cancer in the comfort nursing intervention

目的分析与探讨宫颈癌治疗中舒适护理干预的应用效果。方法统计分析2014年1月-2015年1月我院收治的100例介入治疗宫颈癌患者的临床资料。结果研究组患者护理后的无、轻微至轻度抑郁、焦虑发生率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中至重度、重度抑郁、焦虑发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率18.0%(9/50)显著低于对照组38.0%(19/50)(P<0.05),生理领域、心理领域、社会关系和环境领域评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对临床护理工作的满意度88.0%(44/50)显著高于对照组42.0%(21/50)(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式能够显著改善宫颈癌患者护理效果,降低患者的心理不良事件发生率,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the treatment of cervical cancer and comfortable nursing intervention ap-plication effect. Methods：The clinical data of 100 cases of interventional therapy patients with cervical cancer in our hospi-tal from January 2014 to January 2015 were statistically analyzed. Results：Compared with those in the control group,no, slight to mild depression and anxiety after care of the study group were significantly higher（P﹤0. 05）,the moderate to se-vere,severe depression and anxiety were significantly lower（P﹤0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions 18. 0%（9/50）was significantly lower than that in the control group 38. 0%（19/50）（P﹤0. 05）,the field of physiology,psychology field,social relations and the environment scores were significantly higher（P﹤0. 05）,the satisfaction with clinical nurse job 88. 0%（44/50）was significantly higher than that in the control group 42. 0%（21/50）（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：Comfort care model can significantly improve the effect of cervical cancer patient care,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion .
