摘要
子午线轮胎结构设计、模具设计、模具应用技术分属于三个不同的范畴,既相互紧密联系,又各具属性特点。本文从模具应用层面演绎,通过对传统技术、工艺、设备、材料方面存在问题的研究与突破,开创出一整套适合企业自身特点的有关模具设计、加工、检验、装配、清洗、维修以及信息化管理的企业标准及技术应用体系,对破解轮胎质量缺陷及换模效率较低的难题发挥了重要的作用。
Structure design, mold design, mold application of radial tire belong to three different categories, all closely interrelated, and each has property characteristics. This article gives interpretation on the mold application level. Based on the research and breakthroughs in traditional technology, process, equipment and material, the article create a set of enterprise standard and technical application system for their own characteristics on mold design, processing, testing, assembling, cleaning, maintenance and information management, which play an important role to solve the tire quality defects and low mold change effi ciency problem.
