摘要
通过对轮胎生产过程中的制造过早(多)浪费、库存浪费、不良修正浪费、加工过剩浪费、搬运浪费、动作浪费、等待浪费、管理浪费等"八大浪费"的表现进行阐述,并提出消除八大浪费的措施。
This paper describes the eight major waste performances during tire production process, such as manufacturing premature（more） waste, inventory waste, adverse amendments waste, excess processing waste, handling waste, movements waste, waiting waste and management waste. The paper also proposes elimination methods for those wastes.
