摘要
研究行业产业类协同创新中心运行管理中存在的组织、人员、科研3个方面协同力不足问题,对“2011计划”的有效实施及支撑行业产业的发展十分必要。通过对江苏省行业产业类协同创新中心的调查与分析,探究协同创新中心在组织管理、人员选聘与考评、科研行为与科技成果转化等方面协同力不足的成因,提出“一个中心,两种制度”、股权激励、合同科研等相应的对策和建议。
This paper researches some issues in the operational management of industry oriented collaborative innovation center, such as the organization, personnel and scientific research, this is very necessary to the effective implementation of the "2011 project" and support the development of industry. By means of the investigation and analysis of collaborative innovation center in Iiangsu, we explored the causes of the issues on the lack of collaborative force, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions such as "one center, one system"; equity incentive and contract research.
