摘要
微课作为一种新型的教学资源,较好地弥补了传统教学方式的缺陷并拓展了其内容,在教学中发挥着不容忽视的作用。文章借鉴影子教育的理念,将微课应用于课堂教学,提出了"影子教学"的构想,并以微视频资源补充或替代教师的集中讲授,使教师有时间、有条件对学生进行个别化指导。文章以八年级物理教学为例,主要采取"大课微化"的微课开发思路,通过对微课进行精心的设计,使"影子教学"理念得以较好地实现,从而推动了微课在课堂情景中的应用。
As a new type of teaching resources, micro lecture has well complemented the gap of traditional teaching method and expanded its content, and played a role that cannot be ignored in teaching. The author learnt from the concept of shadow education and further put forward the idea of "shadow teaching", applying micro lecture to the classroom teaching. It was supposed to supplement or substitute teachers' centralized teaching by using the micro-video resources, so that teachers can have time and conditions to give students individualized guidance. This paper made the "shadow teaching" concept well implemented through adopting the development ideas of turning the big class to micro lecture and elaborately designed micro lecture, taking the junior middle school physics teaching as an example, promoting micro lecture application in the classroom situation.
