摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"的背景下,创新创业教育的理念、模式、目标都值得进一步思考。文章立足于这一背景,以清华大学的创新教育为例,探讨其实践、效果和机制,提出由"资源整合模式"、"人才选拔机制"、"人才培养理念"共同构成的创新教育培养机制。最后,文章进行反思总结,探讨全球化形势下对于创新人才培养的意义以及人才培养的新要求,以期对相关的高等教育研究与高校教育改革实践提供参考。
Under the background of public business innovation, it is worthy to further consideration of the concept, model and objective of innovation education. This article illustrated the practice, effect and mechanism of innovation education in Tsinghua University, and proposed three key elements including resource integration, talent selection and training philosophy. In conclusion, the article critically discussed the significance and new requirements of innovation education in the globalization context, with exceptation to provide critical thinking for related research and reform of higher education.
