工程建设信息化人才培养的对策研究——以城市地下空间工程专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 目前,满足工程建设信息化时代发展之需且具有工程实践能力、创新能力和就业竞争力的高级技术人才的缺乏,已成为阻碍城市地下空间工程专业迅速发展的主要瓶颈。基于此,文章在充分分析现有城市地下空间工程专业人才培养模式及存在问题的基础上,以工程建设信息化对人才的需求为出发点,提出了异于传统专业教育、保持专业特色和适应未来专业需要的人才培养模式,建构了科学的教学质量评价体系和有效的质量保障体系,从而为应用型本科院校城市地下空间人才培养的改革创新奠定了基础。 Currently, specialists with abilities of engineering practice, innovation, and employment competence have become one of the main bottleneck that obstruct the rapid development of urban underground space engineering. Basing on the analysis of current personnel training pattern and existing problems in education system, a new education pattern, which was based on the talent demand of informatization of engineering construction, was presented in this survey. The education pattern aimed at building scientific teaching quality assessment system and effective quality guarantee system and laying a foundation for the reform and innovation of talent training of urban underground space engineering in application-oriented institutions, which was different from traditional professional education, maintained professional features and adapted professional requirements.
