Design of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Business Simulation System Facing Information Management

现代信息经济的高速发展、大众创业热潮的此起彼伏,对创新创业教育提出了更高的要求。文章对现有的创业经营类课程进行了分类对比,指出其存在的不足;探讨了创新创业教育的训练内容并提出课程设计原则;以双竞争场景的模拟经营系统为例,强调从课程内容、教学手段和教学组织三个维度加强与信息化融合的深度。该模拟经营系统围绕"业务+沟通"这一创新创业教育的内核特征,其面向信息化管理的内容设计更加贴合"互联网+"时代对人才培养的要求,对学生的逻辑思维和应用技能的训练非常有效。

The rapid development of the modem information economy and the entrepreneurial boom put forward higher requirements for the innovation and entrepreneurship education. According to the classification and comparison of existing business management course, this paper pointed out the shortcomings of the existing course, discussed the training content of innovation entrepreneurship education and put forward the design principles of the course. A business simulation system with dual competition scene was designed, which strengthened the depth of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and information technology from three dimensions of the course content, teaching means and teaching organization. This system embraced ＂business ＋ communication＂, which was the core feature of the innovation and entrepreneurship education, designed the content for the information management, which was more fit for the requirements of talent cultivation in the ＂Intemet ＋＂ era, and was very effective in training the students＇ logical thinking and application skills.
