Ecotourism comes late but has been identified as the rapid development field of the tourism industry. Kaifeng is Chinese his- torical and cultural city, rich in ecotourism resources, so developing ecotourism is good for the protection of tourism resources in Kaifeng city and its sustainable development. This paper reinterprets the connotation of ecotourism, explores the existing questions in Kaifeng＇s tourism industry, and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
