摘要
宋代,我国古代饮食文化发展达到了一个高峰。宋代形成了以食用羊肉为主的饮食习俗,这与政府的干预、传统文化的影响以及士大夫的饮食习惯等有很大关系。
With the prosperity of politics, economics and culture, the Chinese food culture reached its peak in the Song Dynasty. It was a cuhural combination of food culture of central plains and that of minorities. As a result, not as usual, mutton became the most popular food. Furthermore, it played an important role in the patriarchal clan system and domestic discipline in court life, and stimula- ted the meat consumption and promoted the formation of mutton - eating culture.
