咽峡炎链球菌败血症伴感染性休克致大面积脑梗死一例 被引量：1

摘要 咽峡炎链球菌（Streptococcus anginosus）属于米勒链球菌群（Streptococcus milleri group）,该菌为口腔及鼻咽部的正常菌群,据文献报道可引起人类各部位的感染[1].笔者于2013年7月从1例感染性休克、多发性脑梗死患者的血液中分离出咽峡炎链球菌,目前国内有关咽峡链球菌败血症伴感染性休克并致脑梗死少见报道,
