摘要 结合某工程项目中蛇管换热器的结构和工艺参数,利用Fluent软件对蛇管换热器进行耦合传热数值模拟,得到管壳程的速度、压力和温度分布信息,计算得出管壳程出口温度、压降和换热量,并将模拟结果与经验计算值进行了比较,相对误差分别为3.0%、0.1%、2.4%、28.0%和1.2%,模拟结果可靠,为蛇管换热器换热面积和压降的校核计算提供了新的方法和途径。 According to the structure and process parameters of the coil heat exchanger in a project , numerical simulation of coil heat exchanger coupled heat transfer is done by using Fluent software, and then velocity, pressure, and temperature distributions of tube and shell sides are obtained.The outlet temperature, pressure drop and heat transfer of the tube and shell sides are calculated, and the simulation results are compared with those of the experi-ence calculation values.The relative errors are 3.0%, 0.1%, 2.4%, 28.0%and 1.2%.Simulation results are reliable, and numerical simulation pro-vides a new approach for the heat transfer area and pressure drop calculation of the coil heat exchanger.
