摘要
根据脱硫塔结构的重复对称性,选择脱硫塔对称部分建立力学模型。考虑自重、风载荷、地震载荷及温度场的分布,利用ANSYS有限元软件对脱硫塔的主体结构及各主要部位进行结构应力和热应力分析,得到其相应的应力强度云图。根据JB4732-95《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》进行强度校核,结果表明,强度满足要求。
According to the symmetry of the structure of the desulfurizing tower , the symmetry part model of the desulfurizing tower is created .Considering the gravity , wind load, earthquake load and distribution of temperature field, the stress analysis and thermal stress analysis on the structure and some im-portant components are carried out by use of the finite element software ANSYS , the stress intensity contour are obtained.The intensity check are made according to JB4732-95 Steel pressure vessel – analysis and design criteria.The results show that intensity of the desulfurizing tower meet the require-ments.
