摘要
往复式压缩机在化工装置中应用非常广泛,但其出口管道如果设计不当,则很容易引起振动,从而对装置的安全造成威胁。本文剖析了往复式压缩机出口管道的振动原理,论述了往复式压缩机出口管道的防振设计,并提出了消减振动的措施。
Reciprocating compressor is widely used in chemical plants. If its discharge piping is not designed properly,it will result in vibrating and threatening the safety of the plant. This article analyzes the vibration principles of reciprocating compressor discharge piping,expounds its vibration-proof design,and puts forward measures to reduce vibration.
