甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清中5种微量元素的变化及其与甲状腺功能激素间的关系探析

Hyperthyroidism Patients With Five Kinds of Trace Elements in Serum of Change and its Relationship Between the Function of Thyroid Hormone and Analysis

目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清中5种微量元素的变化及其与甲状腺功能激素间的关系。方法使用分光光度法对甘肃省第三人民医院收治的100例甲状腺疾病患者(观察组)以及100例正常研究对象(对照组)的血清5种微量元素变化情况进行分析。结果观察组患者的钙、铜水平明显高于对照组,观察组锌水平明显低于对照组,而镁和铁的水平两组研究对象并无显著性差异,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论甲状腺功能亢进患者的症状和血清中铜的水平呈现出正相关,可作为对患者进行诊断的相关依据。

Objective To study the patients with hyperthyroidism five kinds of trace elements in serum of change and the relationship between the function of thyroid hormone. Methods Using the method of spectrophotometric analysis of our hospital,100 cases of thyroid disease observation group of patients and100 cases of control group of normal subjects,the change of the serum 5 kinds of trace elements were analyzed. Results The patient's level of calcium,copper,observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,zinc level of observation group was obviously lower than the control group,and magnesium and iron levels of both groups was no significant sex difference,( P < 0. 05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The symptoms of the patients with thyroid function hyperfunction and the levels of serum copper showing a positive correlation,can be used as the diagnosis to patients with related basis.
