超声激发联合小剂量尿激酶治疗老年脑梗死建立侧支循环的疗效分析

The Efficacy of Ultrasound Excite Combined With Lowdose Urokinase Treatment Senile Cerebral Establishment of Collateral Circulation

目的分析超声激发联合小剂量尿激酶治疗老年脑梗死建立侧支循环的疗效。方法回顾性分析佛山市第一人民医院2013年2月—2015年6月收治的150例老年脑梗死患者,根据不同治疗方案分为两组(各75例),对照组予以小剂量尿激酶治疗,研究组联合超声激发治疗,对比两组治疗前后NIHSS评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组NIHSS评分均有所降低,但研究组降低幅度比对照组大(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率93.33%比对照组80.00%高(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗老年脑梗死建立侧支循环可取得显著效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analysis of ultrasonic excite combined with lowdose urokinase establish the efficacy of Treatment of senile cerebral collateral circulation. Methods the clinic data of 150 patients with senile cerebral infarction from Dec 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,who were devided into control group and the study group( cases in each group) according to the different treatment options in. Patients in the control group were treated with lowdose urokinase,while patients in the study group were given ultrasonic excite,compare NIHSS score changes before and after treatment and clinical efficacy. Results After treatment,two groups NIHSS scores were lower,but the team reduce the amplitude is larger than control group( P < 0. 05); Treatment group total effective rate was 93. 33% higher than the control group 80. 00%( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of senile cerebral establishment of collateral circulation can achieve remarkable results, worthy of clinical application.
