高危药物管理中安全屏障的应用观察分析

Observation and Analysis on the Application of Safety Barrier in the Management of High Risk Drugs

目的分析安全屏障在高危药物管理中的应用效果,为高危药物管理工作提供参考。方法咸阳市杨凌示范区医院于2014年3月开始在高危药物管理工作中实施安全屏障,将2013年3月—2014年2月作为对照阶段,另选取2014年3月—2015年2月为观察阶段,比较两阶段的高危药物使用不良事件发生率。结果观察阶段发生高危药物错输与错发的病患数量分别为3例、5例,错输率与错发率分别为0.01%、0.02%,均显著低于对照组水平,组间对比差异均具统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在高危药物管理中应用安全屏障,有利于确保高危药物的正确使用,避免药物错用而导致的不良后果,需引起重视。

Objective To analyze the effect of safety barrier in the management of high risk drugs,and provide a reference for the management of high- risk drugs. Methods Our hospital in March 2014 began to implement security barrier in the management of high- risk drugs work,February 2013 to March2014 as control stage,select another 2014 March 2015 February for observation and compare two stages of high- risk drug use adverse event incidence. Results Observation of high- risk drug mismatched and send the wrong disease patient number respectively in 3 cases,5 cases,or the transmission rate and error rate was 0. 01%,0. 02% were significantly lower than the level in the control group,between group differences are statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the risk management in drug application safety barrier,to ensure the proper use of high- risk drugs,avoid the misuse of drugs and lead to adverse consequences,it is necessary to pay attention to.
