PDCA循环法有机结合项目管理对外科临床护理质量改进的影响

PDCA Circulation Method Combining Project Management Affect Surgical Clinical Nursing Quality Improvement

目的研究PDCA循环法有机结合项目管理对外科临床护理质量改进的影响。方法抽选2013年6月—2014年6月在广东省中山市板芙医院接受外科治疗的136例患者,所有患者均由临床医生给予对症治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组由接受护理管理培训的责任护士给予护理,40名责任护士采用PDCA循环法结合项目管理对其进行护理培训,分别于管理前后对护士进行专项护理考核,并对两组患者进行护理满意度问卷调查。结果管理前责任护士考核合格者8名,考核不合格者12名,20名责任护士成绩一般;管理后38名责任护士考核合格,其中,30名护士分数达到95分以上,2名护士考核成绩一般,分别为89分、86分。管理前后合格率比较有统计学差异(χ2=46.0,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度89.2%显著高于对照组72.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法有机结合项目管理能显著提高外科临床护理质量,增加护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective Tto study the organic combination of PDCA circulation method of project management affect surgical clinical nursing quality improvement. Methods Selected in June 2013-June 2014 in our hospital underwent surgical treatment of 136 patients,all patients by clinical doctors give symptomatic treatment,the control group given routine nursing care,observation group by accepting the responsibility of the nursing management training for nursing,40 nurse using PDCA cycle method combined with the project management for nursing training,respectively in management for special care nurses before and after the examination,and the two groups of patients for nursing care satisfaction questionnaire. Results The management responsibility nurse before examination pass eight,assessment is not eligible,12,20 nurse achievement general; Management after 38 nurse examination qualified,among them,more than 30 n score of 95 points,2 nurse examination achievement general,89 points,86 points,respectively. Qualified rate is statistically significant before and after the management( χ2=46. 0,P < 0. 05); Observation group nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group72. 6%,89. 2% difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The organic combination of PDCA circulation method of project management can significantly improve the quality of surgical clinical care,improve nursing satisfaction,is worth promoting.
