综合治疗对肩周炎康复的影响分析

Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Frozen Rehabilitation Analysis

目的探究综合治疗对肩周炎康复的影响。方法选择佛山市第一人民医院自2013年6月—2015年6月收治的诊断为肩周炎的90例患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗(西医治疗),观察组给予综合治疗,观察、对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%明显高于对照组71.11%,两组相比,差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论给予肩周炎的患者综合治疗,包括常规西医治疗、手法治疗、关节松动治疗、肩关节锻炼等,取得了较好的临床疗效,可以考虑在临床上借鉴及使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of frozen shoulder rehabilitation.Methods Our hospital from June 2013- June 2015 diagnosis of frozen shoulder treated 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment( western medicine),and observation group received comprehensive treatment. there is the effect of treatment between control and observation groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 33% significantly,obviously higher than 71. 11% of the control group,which show two groups have statistical significance. P < 0. 05.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of frozen shoulder,including conventional western medicine,manual therapy,joint mobilization treatment,shoulder exercises and so on,achieved good clinical efficacy,and should be used in clinical practice.
