摘要
以硅锰水淬渣为原料,添加石英砂对其成分进行调整,熔制出3种成分不同的硅锰渣基CaO-MgOAl2O3-SiO2系矿渣微晶玻璃,采用XRD、DSC、SEM对基础玻璃经不同温度热处理后的晶化特性进行研究。结果表明,随着原料中石英砂含量的增加,基础玻璃熔制温度与晶化温度均有所提升;当SiO2加入量为10%时,熔制的基础玻璃晶化完善,其在900℃时经3h晶化处理后可析出大量叶片状的透辉石相和钙长石相。
With water-quenched silicomanganese slag as the raw material and quartz sand as the additive,silicomanganese slag-based CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics with three different compositions were produced by melting approach.The crystallization properties of prepared base glasses after heat treatment at different temperatures were characterized by XRD,DSC and SEM.The results show that with the increase of quartz sand content in the raw material,both the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the base glass rise.With the addition of 10% SiO2,prepared base glass exhibits perfect crystallization behavior and a large number of leaf-shaped diopside and anorthite phase will be precipitated after crystallizing at 900 ℃for 3h.
