当前反腐倡廉有利条件对创新高校党建的启示

On the Revelation of Innovating University's Party Construction under Recent Good Condition of Combating Corruption and Promoting Clean Governance

当前,我国反腐倡廉工作出现一系列有利条件,中央高度重视是有力的组织保障,法治中国建设积极推进、公民民主法治观念增强是有利的社会条件,网络信息社会形成及其力量迅速扩张是良好的时代条件,人民群众利益诉求得到切实尊重为反腐倡廉提供了动力条件。高校党建工作要顺应这些有利条件,创新工作方法方式:一是发挥组织优势,坚持思想教育与制度管理相结合;二是以法治来创新发展高校民主集中制;三是立足网络信息时代特点,开辟开放、立体、互动式高校党建工作新格局;四是坚持利益导向,增强高校党建工作实效性。

Recently ,the work of combating corruption and promoting clean governance has ap‐peared a series of good conditions .The higher attention of the Central Committee of the Party is a strong guarantee from the organization .T he positive acceleration of constructing a legal China and the strengthening of Chinese people’s democratic and legal senses are favorable social conditions .The for‐mation of a network information society as well as its swift expansion of the network power are good condition for the times .The practical respect for the demands of people’s interests provides a motive condition for combating corruption and promoting clean governance .The university’s Party construc‐tion work shall conform to these good conditions and innovate working ways and methods .Firstly , they shall exert the organization’s advantages and persist in the combination of ideological education and systematic management .Secondly ,they shall innovate the development of university ’s principles of democratic centralism with legal governance .Thirdly ,they shall open up a new situation for the u‐niversity’s Party construction work with an open ,dimensional and interactive way based on the char‐acteristics of the network information era .And finally ,they shall persist in the interest orientation to increase the efficiency of university’s Party construction work .
