摘要
酒店企业人力资源管理事实上是一种多赢的管理。基于多赢理念的酒店企业人力资源管理包括四种基本架构,即三角关系架构、环型关系架构、方正关系架构和多边关系架构。在四种基本架构下,酒店业界的人力资源管理通常有三种基本模式选择,即服务外包模式,校企合作模式和自主管理模式。酒店企业只有坚持多赢理念,找准企业自身定位,多角度审视、审慎选择,创新运用人力资源管理模式,才有可能从根本上提升酒店人力资源管理绩效。
T he management of personnel resources of the hotel enterprises is actually a manage‐ment of multiple wins ,w hich includes four basic structures :the structures of triangle relationship , the structure of ring relationship ,the structure of square relationship ,and the structure of multilater‐al relationship .Under these four basic structures ,the management of personnel resources of the hotel enterprises generally has three choices of basic models :service outsourcing model ,cooperation model between school and enterprise ,and autonomous management model .Only after the hotel enterprises persist on the notion of multiple wins ,locate their own position ,and dimensionally evaluate ,carefully choose and innovatively use the management model of the personnel resources ,can they basically in‐crease the efficiency of the management of personnel resources of the hotel enterprises .
