摘要 回顾了中国海洋石油深水工程技术的发展历程,探讨了国内深水工程技术的发展方向。进入21世纪以来,中国海洋石油总公司加快了进军深水的步伐,无论是在投资规模还是技术储备以及人才培养等方面都高度重视,逐步形成了深水技术、深水科研、深水管理的三大体系,经过海外和国内两个方面的作业实践,建成了适应不同水深梯度的钻井装备,具备了国内外深水自主作业能力,积累了深水实践的组织管理能力,5年时间内实现了从深水到超深水的跨越。 The development history of deepwater engineering technology of China National Offshore Oil Corporation has been reviewed and the development direction of deepwater engineering technology in China has been discussed. After the entry into the 21st century, China National Offshore Oil Corporation has accelerated the march towards the deepwater ifeld, and had also attached great importance to the investment scale, technical reserve, talent cultivation and other aspects. It gradually formed three systems, namely, deepwater technology, deepwater scientiifc research and deepwater management, constructed the drilling equipment suitable for differ-ent water depth gradients via the operation practices at home and abroad, which possessed the international and domestic deepwater self-support operation capacity, accumulated the organization management capacity of deepwater practices, and had achieved the leapfrog from "deepwater" to "ultra-deepwater" within 5 years.
