摘要
对23份狗牙根材料根茎进行穴栽,每隔15d对其分蘖数、匍匐茎数、匍匐茎生长速度和匍匐茎总长度进行动态观测,探讨种质间扩繁能力差异.结果表明,23份狗牙根材料间分蘖数、匍匐茎数、匍匐茎生长速度、匍匐茎总长度均存在显著差异(P 〈0.05),9月9日各指标测定值的变异系数为34.5%-46.9%,且匍匐茎总长度变异系数最高.供试材料中C63、C76分蘖能力较强,C63和C87的匍匐茎数量最多,C40、C99匍匐茎生长最快,C72和C76的匍匐茎总长度最长;以匍匐茎平均生长速度以及9月9日分蘖数、匍匐茎数、匍匐茎总长度为评价指标,可将23份狗牙根材料分为慢繁型、快繁型两类,其中快繁型包括9份材料,表现为匍匐茎数量多、生长快、总长度较长.
In order to discuss the difference on propagation performance,changes of tiller number,stolon number,stolon growth rate and stolon total length were investigated every 1 5 d after hole planting with rhizomes of 23 Cynodon dactylonin the field.Results showed that there was significant difference for tiller number,stolon number,stolon growth rate and stolon total length among 23 C.dactylon (P <0.05),the coefficient of variation were between 34.5% and 46.9% at September 9,and the coefficient of variation for stolon total length was the highest.The tillering ability of C63 and C76 was higher,the stolon number of C63 and C87 was the most,the stolon growth rate of C40 and C99 was the fastest,and the stolon total length of C72 and C76 was the longest among 23 C.dactylon.Based on the average stolon growth rate and the value of tiller number,stolon number,stolon total length at September 9,23 C.dactylon could be divid-ed into slow propagation type and fast propagation type,and fast propagation type included 9 C.dactylon, with more stolon,faster growth rate of stolon and longer stolon length.
