摘要 流域耗水系数是评价流域用水消耗程度的关键指标。为统一流域耗水系数概念和评价方法,在回顾和总结耗水系数研究进展的基础上,根据最严格水资源管理要求,合理界定了流域耗水量概念的内涵,建立了黄河流域耗水系数评价指标体系和计算模型结构,将用水总量、用水效率和入河湖排污总量纳入评价指标体系,对影响模型的主要方面进行了流域尺度效应分析。 Water consumption coefficient of drainage basin is a key indicator of evaluating water consumption level of drainage basin.To unify the concept and evaluation method of water consumption coefficient of drainage basin, the concept of water resources consumption of drainage basin was defined on the basis of the reviews and summarizes of the research progress in water consumption coefficient.According to the requirements of the most strict water resources management, the evaluation index system of water consumption coefficient of drainage basin and the water consumption coefficient calculation model structure were established.Water amount, water use efficiency, and the total amount of pollution flow into the rivers were contained into the evaluation system as a whole.Drainage basin scale effect was analyzed on the main aspects which affecting the model.
