基于DEA的区域性人力资本投资绩效评价可行模式研究

An Analysis of the Predicable Model for the Regional Human Capital Investment Performance Evaluation based on DEA

以人力资本投资绩效评价指标体系的建立为基础,运用DEA分析方法,对西部十二省(区、市)的人力资本投资绩效进行评价,通过对西部各省(区、市)的人力资本存量进行水平比较,运用C2 R模型计算各省份的人力资本投资的有效值,并根据该有效值对十二省(区、市)进行排序,对模型的结果进行分析,并提出相应对策建议。

This article constructed an indicators system of evaluating human capital investment performance.The authors evaluated the human capital investment performance in 12Provinces(Minority Autonomous Regions and Metropolitans)in the western region using DEA analysis methods.Comparing the quantity of western provinces(Minority Autonomic Regions and Metropolitan)and calculating the valuable quantity for relative provinces by using C2 R mode,the authors rank the quantity for relative provinces,analyze the result of the model and propose some suggestions.
