摘要
在文献梳理的基础上,选取30个代表性的评价指标,采用因子分析法识别出影响就业竞争力的8个主要因子:工作能力、沟通表达能力、业务素质、职业素养、逻辑思考能力、品格、形象气质、学习能力,以此为基础构建就业竞争力模型,最后针对上述影响就业竞争力的因子分析提出改进建议,以提升高职院校毕业生的就业竞争力。
Thirty representative evaluation indicators are chosen based on the review of literature for employment competitive-ness, and then, by adopting factor analysis approach, eight major factors influencing employment competitiveness are deter-mined: job performance, communication skills, professional quality, professionalism, logical thinking, character, personal im-age and ability to learn. Based on the results, an employment competitiveness evaluation model is constructed. Finally, sugges-tions are provided for the improvements of employment competitiveness for vocational college graduates.
