研究未来30年上海城市发展格局必须要有新思路和新设想。上海亟待从建设导向型规划转向管理导向型规划。未来上海城市发展格局变化,不论从用地还是建筑的角度来看,都不太可能再进一步以新的扩张性手段来提升城市发展的功能和能级。在这种情况下,城市再开发和城市更新成为城市未来发展的主流。

Some new ideas must been applied to study the urban development pattern of Shanghai in the next 30 years.Shanghai needs to made a transition from construction-oriented planning into management-oriented planning.In the future,changes of development pattern in Shanghai,no matter from the point of view of land and building,it is not possible to go further to improve the function and level of urban development by the new expansion method.In such a situation,urban redevelopment and urban renewal has become the mainstream of urban future development.
