摘要
医学遗传学是介于基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,在医学教育中占有重要地位。在医学遗传学基础部分采用传统讲授式教学可以让学生高效、系统地掌握基础知识;在医学遗传学临床部分采用PBL(Problem based learning)教学可以提高学生的学习主动性,加强对学生自主学习能力、分析解决问题能力的培养。将传统讲授式教学与PBL教学有效结合起来可以实现优势互补,在传授知识的同时实现了对学生综合能力的培养。
Medical genetics is a bridge subject between basic medicine and clinical medicine, and has an important position in the medical education. The traditional teaching can make students master basic knowledge efficiently and systematically in the basic theory of medical genetics, while problem based learning ( PBL) can improve the students' learning initiative, and strengthen the au-tonomous learning ability, analysis and problem solving ability in clinical case. Combining traditional teaching and problem based learning can complement with each other with their advantages, and can impart knowledge and cultivate the students' comprehensive a-bility at the same time.
