摘要 目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗对首发精神分裂症患者的疗效及其对认知功能的影响。方法:将65例首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者33例,给予单用药物治疗;研究组患者32例,给予药物联合脑电生物反馈治疗组。两组患者均治疗6周。治疗前后,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定两组患者的临床疗效,采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)及韦氏成人记忆量表(WMS-RC)的数字广度、数字符号、再生分量表评定两组患者的认知功能。结果:治疗6周后,两组患者的PANSS及认知功能较治疗前均有改善,但研究组患者的PANSS的阳性症状分、精神病理分及认知功能改善更加明显,与对照组存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗能改善首发精神分裂症患者的认知功能,显著提高临床疗效。 Objective:To explore curative effects of EEG biofeedback onfirst-episode Schizophrenic patients and its influence on cognitive function. Methods:65 first-episode schizophrenicpatients were randomly divided into study group (n=32) and control group (n=33). The control group was treated with single drug for 6 weeks, while the study group was treated with the drug combined with EG biofeedback for 6 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the clinical curative effects were evaluated by positive and negative syndrome scale ( PANSS) , and the cognitive function was assessed by Wisconsin card sorting test ( WCST) , and digit span, digit sym-bol and picture arrangement in Wechsler memory scale-revised China ( WMS-RC) . Results:After 6-week treatment, the PANSS and cognitive function of the two groups were improved. The scores of positive symptom, psychopathy and cognitive function of study group were better than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The EEG biofeedback can improve the cognitive function of the first-episode Schizophrenic patients, and significantly improve the clinical curative effects.
