不同抑郁程度患者血清细胞因子水平变化与抑郁程度的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨抑郁症患者的血清细胞因子水平变化与抑郁程度的关系。方法:选取抑郁症患者42例,按汉密尔顿抑郁量表分为中度抑郁组(25例)和重度抑郁组(17例),同期选取20例健康正常人作为对照组,对比3组研究对象的血清细胞因子水平。结果:中度抑郁组和重度抑郁组患者的细胞因子水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);重度抑郁组患者的IL-6水平明显高于中度抑郁组(P<0.05)。中度抑郁组与重度抑郁组患者的IL-1和TNF-α比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者的细胞因子水平高于对照组,IL-6水平可作为抑郁症疾病程度的指标。
