摘要 进行轴系镗孔设备的改进设计,对设备结构、对中定位方法等都做了优化,采用摆线减速箱、空心镗杆及自动进给装置等并阐述了加工过程和方法。经过验证,镗孔精度完全满足现有轴系设计要求,且加工精度提高、加工周期缩短、生产效率提高。 Shaft boring equipment was improved in terms of equipment structure and positioning method. Not only the cycloid box and hollow boring rod were designed, but also automatic feeding device was used. Then the processing method was elaborated. The bor-ing precision can meet the existing shafting design requirements after verification. So, the processing accuracy is improved, the process-ing cycle is shortened and the production efficiency is improved.
