摘要
针对聚合物动态驱动装置工作中存在的问题,运用TRIZ冲突解决原理确定了其技术冲突,并找出解决问题的发明原理;同时通过对动态装置的物-场模型的建立和标准解的分析,获得了消除有害作用的解决方法。综合运用发明原理和标准解所提供的思路与线索,对聚合物动态成型装置进行了创新设计研究,利用压电陶瓷致动器替代原有的液压致动装置,消除了技术冲突和有害效应。并列举了其应用的结构形式。
To solve the existed problems in the work of dynamic driving device, the dynamic device were analyzed by using TRIZ methods. The technical conflicts were determined and the invention principles were obtained by TRIZ conflict resolution principles;through establishing TRIZ substance-field model of dynamic device, solution methods were found according to the standard solutions. The dynamic device was innovation designed by the combination of TRIZ principle of conflict resolution and substance-field analysis, the piezoelectric ceramic was used to replace the hydraulic, and the technical conflict and harmful effect were eliminated, so the dy-namic property was improved. At last, the application of dynamic device was provided.
