摘要 介绍一种能对成对内齿轮副实施齿面研磨加工的机械加工设备。由内齿轮轴向高频往复构成主运动,外齿轮的公转和自转形成啮合运动,自动调整内、外齿轮偏心量实现加载。整个设备结构简单,成本低廉。 A kind of vibration abrasive machine for internal gear pair finishing was introduced. Its main movement was formed by the high frequency reciprocating translation of the internal gear, and the engagement was created by the revolution and rotation of the external gear. The loading of the pair was realized by the automatic adjustment of its eccentric amount. The structure of the whole equip-ment is simple and its cost is low.
